CNC machining capabilities
Our CNC milling services utilize 3-axis and 5-axis indexed milling machines that can handle workpiece sizes ranging from 0.25 in. x 0.25 in. to 22 in. x 14 in. x 3.75 in. Our machines feature high-precision ball screws and linear guides for stability and accuracy, high-speed spindles, and tool magazines for efficient processing. The network capability has a minimum accuracy of 0.019 in.

Our CNC turning services can handle parts with maximum dimensions of 3.95 in. diameter and 9 in. length, and minimum dimensions of 0.16 in. diameter and 0.05 in. length, with a wall thickness of 0.020 in. and 30° angle tolerance. Sharp conical points are allowed with angles greater than 30 degrees, and walls thinner than 0.020 in. may not survive the machining process.
